Viber suddenly stopped starting on Windows 10 on a personal computer

In Task Manager, there is a Viber icon with a yellow triangle and an exclamation mark in background processes. In the column Power consumption, viber is marked in red “Very high power consumption”.

How to solve this problem?

I tried a lot, but only installing an old version of viber helped, for example, 16.4.6.1 worked for me. So, as an option, it is to delete the old viber from the computer, find an old version of viber somewhere and install it in a new way.
